Toronto has struggled in the absence of kyle lowry against charlotte who also have their injury concerns I feel this one is to close to call .
However I do like the over in this match Toronto have conceded big totals of late in particular their last 2 games and have also conceded 115 points in their last 10 losses.
With the total set at 198 I feel this is rather low and id expect this game to get over that mark comfortably .
